Coconut Oil is temperature sensitive. It will soften in warmer temperatures and solidify in cooler temperatures. Please be assured that a change in consistency does not affect the quality. If you are having trouble getting the product to flow from the airless pump, following these steps:

Make sure the inner cap is on SUPER tight and get ready to "prime" your dispenser.

To prime your dispenser, pump dispenser slowly 10-15 times to activate the vacuum pump system.

Still isn't working? Because this product is a Coconut Oil base, it will solidify in cooler temperatures. Run the bottle under hot water until it completely liquefies. This may take a few minutes.

Give it a good shake, turn bottle upside down and pump a few times to start the flow of the product.

Simply repeat process at any time if your dispenser stops working. Enjoy!

How does it work?

As the micro zones heal, they will darken and feel rough. Between days 3-5, the mendz will slough off, revealing the renewed skin beneath.  

What is the post care?

Because this is a non-ablative fractionated treatment, the post care regimen is simple. Wear a moisturizing physical sunscreen and stay out of the sun. You may wear makeup 24 hours after your treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

This will depend on your treatment goals and level of damage. Most patients receive 3-4 corrective treatments, then often will sign up for regular maintenance treatments throughout the year.
