Facial Capillaries & Veins
Tiny but persistent, facial veins often appear as fine red lines, bluish streaks, or small clusters (sometimes called spider veins) across the nose, cheeks, and chin. They’re typically the result of dilated, weakened, or broken capillaries — often triggered by sun damage, genetics, skin trauma, or inflammatory conditions such as rosacea.
While they’re harmless from a health perspective, facial veins can be stubborn. They don’t usually resolve on their own — so this is where we come in!
